This control centre covers Dorset, including Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole (BCP), and is based on the operational area of Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service (DWFRS). It’s split into five divisions — North, East, South and West Dorset, plus BCP — with mutual aid from Devon and Somerset. SWASFT, Dorset Police, electrical companies and road services also operate in the area, though in reality UK Fire & Ambulance control centres aren’t merged.

Roadmap:

• Add mutual aid from Hampshire fire stations
• Expand further into Wiltshire
• Add HART teams
• Add further air ambulances
• Complete PZC for update 4.9
• Complete the suggestions tab for incidents to generate suggested units.

Current status of the Centre:

Centre will function as intended and can be fully used.
You can currently dispatch ambulance & fire, police, highways agency, electrical company.
The centre uses mostly realistic callsigns however improvised where needed.
Currently only covers Dorset with mutual aid from Devon and soon Hampshire.
Likely will need basic understanding of callsigns for the fire service to understand.
