Welcome to the Scottish Fire & Rescue Control Centre.

This control centre is separated into 3 Areas;

East including Midlothian, East Lothian & Borders (J), Edinburgh (K), Falkirk & West Lothian (L), Stirling & Clacks (M) & Fire (N).

West including Glasglow (B), South Lanarkshire (C), North Lanarkshire (D), East & West Dumbartonshire, Argyll & Bute (E), East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire & Inverclyde (F), East, North & South Ayrshire (G) & Dumfries & Galloway (H).

North including Perth, Kinross, Angus & Dundee (P), Aberdeen City (Q), Aberdeenshire & Moray (R), East Highlands (S), West Highlands (T), Western Isles (U), Orkney (V) & Shetland (W).

01 > 10 – Wholetime

20 > 59 – Retained/On-Call

60 > 99 – Volunteer

Z – Light Fire Engine

Unit Numbers are;

1 > 3 – Full time

4 / 5 – Day Crew

6 / 7 – Retained

8 / 9 - Volunteer

Callsigns

Callsigns consist of the area, the station number, the unit type and the unit number. For example a retained pump based out of Govan in Glasglow will have the callsign B06P1.
