South West & Central England Emergency Control Centre

This centre has been built with a focus on realism, structure, and consistency — aiming to provide a reliable and immersive dispatch experience across a large and actively developed area of England.

Rather than surface-level coverage, the focus has been on proper station-level detail, ensuring each region feels alive with realistic placement, coverage, and response distribution.

:globe_showing_europe_africa: Current Coverage

The centre currently includes a wide network of fully placed ambulance stations, covering:

  • Avon / Bristol (AVN) – including Bristol, Weston-super-Mare, Keynsham, Yate and surrounding areas
  • Berkshire (BER) – Bracknell, Reading, Slough, Newbury
  • Buckinghamshire (BUC) – Amersham, Aylesbury, High Wycombe
  • Cornwall (CON) – full county coverage including Truro, Penzance, Newquay, St Austell and more
  • Devon (DEV) – extensive coverage from Exeter to Torquay, Barnstaple to Plymouth
  • Dorset (DOR) – including Poole, Weymouth, Dorchester and rural stations
  • Gloucestershire (GLS) – Stroud, Cirencester, Tewkesbury and surrounding towns
  • Hampshire (HAM) – large network including Portsmouth, Basingstoke, Winchester and New Forest areas
  • Isle of Wight (IOW) – Newport and Sandown
  • Oxfordshire (OXF) – Oxford, Banbury, Bicester, Didcot, Headington
  • Somerset (SOM) – Bath, Taunton, Yeovil, Bridgwater and wider county coverage
  • Wiltshire (WIL) – Swindon, Salisbury, Chippenham, Trowbridge and surrounding towns

This creates a diverse operating area covering urban centres, coastal regions, rural communities, and major transport routes, allowing for a varied and realistic call profile.
