This is my go at Multnomah County in Oregon. Featuring the city of Portland and surrounding areas.
AMR is the sole ambulance provider for the county. I am not sure where AMR responds from, so I have units responding from various fire stations as well as 3 sperate ambulance posts.
I still need to add a few specialized units in but as of now it should be finished.
If anyone from the area has suggestions feel free to leave them.
