Welcome to Thames Valley (North SCAS)! The Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) has been designed with realism in mind, with callsigns taken directly from South Central Ambulance Service & the relevant Fire & Rescue Services covering the Northern area (Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & Royal Berkshire), and the resources placed at their appropriate Resource Centre/Ambulance Station/Fire Station.

The call categories have been replicated as closely as possible to real life. Please provide feedback where possible using the review function. This Control Centre is in constant development. The roles/functions of each vehicle type are explained below; some adjustments have been made to reflect the primary German nature of the Control Centres (These changes also help balance incident types & doctor requests).
